Free Editing (Essays) by UNT Technical Communication Specialists

Dear UNT Graduate Students,

Do you speak English as a second language (or third, or fourth . . . )? If so, would you like free editing help from a skilled Technical Communication specialist?

Graduate students in my technical editing course are looking for students who speak English as a second language who might benefit from having a paper edited. They will edit 25-30 pages (double-spaced) for free. These pages can be from an article or a dissertation. You are required to meet with your editor twice this semester to discuss the project and the edits. The editing will be complete no later than Monday, May 5.

If you have 25-30 pages now, please email me the document (at ryan.boettger@unt.edu)  and tell me your major and your native language. I will match you with a student editor who will contact you directly. There are only 14 editors available this yearthe first 14 respondents who email me their materials and information will receive free editing.

Best wishes,

Dr. Boettger
