Houston Public Library is seeking Customer Service Substitutes with smiling faces and a can-do attitude to assist customers at various library locations on an as-needed basis.
If you are enthusiastic and passionate about offering exceptional customer service and have at least 30 hours of college credit, please send a resume and three references to hpl.substitutes@houstontx.gov.
Customer Service Substitutes will help HPL provide excellent customer service by filling in for HPL staff who are out sick, on vacation or otherwise away from work. All shifts will be at least 4 hours and no more than 8 hours at a rate of $14 per hour.
