The University of North Texas Library & Information Science Students’ Association Houston (UNT LISSA-Houston) is holding a photo essay contest. The theme of the contest is “Picturing the Future of Libraries,” with photos envisioning what the libraries might look like in 5, 10, or even 100 years from now.

This contest is open to all University of North Texas students currently enrolled in the Library & Information Sciences Program who reside in Texas counties of Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, or Waller.

Photos submitted will be ranked by your fellow students, and the top three ranked photos will win prizes and be published in the Texas Library Journal Magazine.
