UNT Houston LISSA will be hosting a Grad Party/ Book Swap Mixer at the McGovern- Stella Link Houston Public Library Branch at 6pm on May 6th. All Houston area LIS students, grads, and alumni are welcome to attend. There will be free food, drinks, door prizes, and professional resources for all areas of librarianship! We will also be hosting a Book Swap where you can trade your favorite reads and textbooks. Check the Village Bulletin Board for book titles to trade or show up with books to barter! Use this time to network with your fellow LIS colleagues and students and learn professional job hunting tips. Congratulations to the Class of 2010!
